Isle of Man TT Races
The supreme road race festival comes thundering back into action on May 29th 2010. For two weeks all eyes will be on the Isle of Man (also the home of PokerStars.com corporate office) a gem in the Irish sea, as the greatest road racers test their skills on the 37 mile course of public mountain roads set up for bike racing.
With reigning Isle of Man TT champ Steve Plater suffering a broken arm, the field has narrowed down consierably. John McGuinness is part of one of the strongest teams coming into the Isle of Man TT race. With and up and down year, driver Ian Hutchinson is looking for his first win in the Isle of Man TT race. The Dunlop brothers are also out to achieve a win at this year’s race. William, the older brother, has been improving his presentation and a place at this race is not out of the question. Conner Cummings is another contender with a couple of strong wins, and this young man is one to watch. Ryan Farquhar northern Ireland’s best ever road racers with an unbelievable season in 2009 and 61 wins, expect to see him challenge any and every other comer at this year’s Isle of Man TT.
With many newcomers coming into this year’s race, this is going to be one of the best Isle of Man TT road races ever. This course has a lot of never ending series of twists, bends, manhole covers, walls and telephone poles. This years race is still up for grabs.
